新闻网讯(通讯员基医)6月16日,国际肝脏领域权威杂志Hepatology(IF=14.679)在线发表了基础医学院张鹏研究员的最新研究成果。该研究首次发现TNIP3作为一个新的Hippo-YAP信号激活剂,揭示了其在肝脏缺血再灌注损伤发生过程中的保护作用,提示TNIP3是缓解肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的潜在分子靶点。

张鹏长期从事肝脏代谢性疾病的发病机制及治疗研究,发现了TNFAIP3等多个调控肝脏代谢的关键调控因子并阐明其作用机制和临床转化应用潜能。一系列的原创性研究取得了一批重要科研成果并获得了国际同行的广泛关注和认可,揭示了肝脏代谢疾病发生发展的新机制,极大地推进了对肝脏代谢疾病发病机制的认识,为非酒精性脂肪肝炎、肝脏缺血再灌注损伤等的临床防治提供了重要的理论基础和新的治疗靶点。研究成果以第一作者(含共同第一作者)或共同通讯作者发表研究论文13篇,其中影响因子大于10分的有12篇,包括Nat Med、Cell Metab、Circ Res、Hepatology、J Hepatol、Nat Commun等国际一流期刊杂志。作为课题负责人获得国家自然科学基金青年项目及面上项目等4项科研项目支持。
